When "Belief" is a Four-letter Word™
In the same way that a physical injury causes pain, a spiritual injury can leave invisible wounds that limit a person's movement through life.
I believe a person is not defined by their wounds, new or old.
I have developed my ability to believe into a life skill that fuels my life and empowers my sense of purpose in this world.
I believe every person may thrive beyond the dysfunction they have survived.
Kathrin's Statement of Belief:
I believe that God, whose name I do not know, welcomes my anger, my love, my grief, my joy, my rage, my peaceful moments, my fear, my Me-ness.
I believe that just because the world may not allow room for me does not mean God will not.
