    The language might seem boring, but it does really matter. 

 

Gabriel-Jones Coaching collects such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Coaching Services;

  2. To provide you, our users, with ongoing customer assistance, general or personalized service-related notices, and promotional messages;

  3. Gabriel-Jones Coaching works with other services or business partners (such as Facebook or YouTube, etc..) to facilitate communication and support. This means that aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information may be created, which our business partners or we may use to provide and improve our respective services; 

  4. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

Gabriel-Jones Coaching is hosted on the Wix.com platform, which provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications, all of which store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

When you conduct a transaction on Gabriel-Jones Coaching, you give us such as your name, address, and email address as part of the process.

Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

However...

...certain aspects of the Gabriel-Jones Coaching website utilizes apps designed by third-party sources, such as Buzzsprout. Although each third-party designer engaged by Wix is required to follow privacy regulations (including honoring visitors' desires regarding cookies,) it's important to recognize that Wix does not have direct control over third-party sources.  

Now here's something important:

There might be a time when you are contacted directly, such as to resolve an issue you've raised, respond to your direct request, deliver an invoice (or collect fees), or poll your opinion through surveys or questionnaires.

There may also be times when it will be necessary for Kathrin to contact you to send updates about Gabriel-Jones Coaching, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
